Ready BeforeYour Call

We study the site, plan the response, prepare our people and equipment, and review every result, so help arrives ready.

01

Preparing Our People and Equipment

Every member of staff who goes to site, and every piece of equipment that goes with them, is checked and prepared against the same standards that govern our own complex: the Saudi Ministry of Health, CBAHI, and the infection control, security and safety requirements set by JHAH. We hold what we send to site to the same standard we hold what stays within our own walls.

02

Carrying Out the Work

Whatever the setting, our complex, a construction site, an offshore platform or a client’s event, the work is carried out under the same approved protocols and to the same level of care. The distance from Hijrat Harad changes where the work happens. It does not change how it is done.

03

Reviewing Our Standards

We measure our performance the same way we monitor a patient’s recovery: closely, and without assuming all is well simply because nothing has gone wrong. Key indicators are tracked, audits are carried out regularly, and every stage of a service is documented, so we know, factually, where we are meeting our own standard and where we are not.

04

Carrying Lessons Forward

What that monitoring shows us, together with what clients tell us directly, is fed back into how we operate. Each engagement we complete leaves us better prepared for the one after it.
